How to cut out sugar? Any tips?

Very hard to cut all together but I use sweeteners /small amounts of brown sugar / and sweet fruit like grapes and satsumas to help. Hope that helps :)

Get some erythritol from Amazon. Not cheap but well worth it. Avoid all the 'low fat' products as they add sugar to try and make them taste better! Dying buy packaged food, eat fresh, then it doesn't have added sugar either

canderel sweeteners also theres canderal in a jar like sugar to put on cereal etc and tablets for drinks i use sweeteners in drinks. hope this helps

don't have it in your cupboard eat fruit to get your sweet kick avoid banana's high in sugar stick to apples and berries

Have a look at any Keto Food recipes even though you may not want or need to get that low but it will give you some great food ideas which are low in sugars and carbs. Personally I would avoid all artificial sweeteners, they are still likely to trigger excess insulin, which will drive low sugar levels and as a consequence hunger.

@ksilver okay I’ll search little bit about Keto diet I heard so many good things about It so maybe I’ll try it 💪🏻

Try transitioning to honey(if you sweeten drinks and don’t like artificial sweeteners) and fruits the slowly cut out honey or sweeter

Avoid direct sugar Stick with vegetables and salad and as you said berries. Lost weight with Cambridge diet. Now losing weight my self. Breakfast Porridge made with water with berries n half Apple 1 litre of water Lunch Protein bar Around 5pm Any meat weigh salad 1 litre of water Dinner Cup a soup 1 litre of water Working well... But it's the matter of sticking with any diet. If
