curled up with a mug of home made broccoli chilli & avacado soup. sounds disgusting but it's so tasty. I'm just not sure how to work out the calories per cup although the whole pot worked out at 275 calories.

Yes does sound good, when ever I make anything I make up the portions straight away and freeze excess so as I can calories count portion and I also add to to my meals and then I have it ready for next time

Broccoli 38 cals per 100 gms Kallo vegetable stock cubes 8 cals each White chopped onion 41 cals per 100gm 1/2 an avocado 161 cals 1 of my mums home grown chillies 1 litre really of water 1 tbsp chopped parsley Put all the ingredients into a pot, bring to the boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until the vegetables have gone soft then blitz with a hand blender. Salt & pepper to taste. That's it.
