I have got the "brownies" down at this point. 1 Tbsp Bob's chocolate cake mix (I was learning, will make my own going forward), 1 Tbsp cocoa, 1 Tbsp almond flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp olive oil (healthy, yo), and 3-4 Tbsp egg white to mix with. 1 minute in a muffin cup in the micro and voila! It's delicious and full of good stuff like protein and fiber. Once I get the powdered whey recipe down, will make my own "cake" mix and see where we go from there. Funny thing is I was never big on dessert until I started this program and they are the ones who got me to eat after dinner. Now that it's a thing, gotta do what I can to keep it healthy and supporting my WOE, right? I'll do a pic tomorrow. Was testing this one tonight. Yeah, that's it, testing... and why I can only make one at at time. Gotta know your personal pitfalls.
