Saturday was a 'work day' which turned out to be much longer and more stressful than expected. I took all of Sunday off because I needed to relax and veg-out. So this morning I hauled myself to the gym again, and did some beginners weights followed by 18 mins cardio sessions on 3 separate machines of torture.
Below is what fitbit thinks I did, although the dramatic heart rate 'drop' is when it stopped registering heart rate for a while. My trousers are looser, so something is working.
