好久沒上重訓了 同學變好多 從國外回來有點感冒 不知是不是冷到 上課前先吃一隻雞腿 因要體檢 沒法吃賽百威 吃了乾麵與蚵仔湯回來吃了好幾塊夾心酥 好吃🤤
