I’m not diabetic but as I understand it correct me if I’m wrong but it’s caused by high levels of insulin, so it maybe down to what your eating and not the amount in which case what about trying to reduce your carbohydrates could be that that’s making you hungry.

So keeping your sugar low is important, eating simple carbs which are sugary foods like chocolate cakes etc.. is a no no but eating the right amount of complex carbs like whole meal bread, Oatmeal etc.. that release slowly are ok? Simple carbs That are full of sugar will make you feel hungry after a while because there a quick fix. Im sure your doctor has probably explained it but Best of luck with it anyway.

Maybe a slice of whole-wheat toast with a cup of tea will help. My mum used to do this an hour before bed. But having carrots, cucumber and apple on the side to snack on also helped her. Goodluck.

Try hunger busters from Holland and Barrett they contain Garcinia Cambogia and konjac glucomannan. It helps to make you feel more full and blocks a fat storing enzyme. You take it before food and the konjac stuff is from a plant and it expands in water. So you drink them with water and it helps if you take them and a big glass of water 30 mins before food. They really work and it’s natural ingredients 👍
