Today's College lunch - spanakopita and all the veg. Very, very nommy. Once again the food log is a best guess rather than an accurate measure.

How are finding Huel? I did about a year on it. Loved it, very easy.

@tomsqsadler - I'm finding the Huel absolutely fine. I'm not getting hungry between meals and it's not giving me any gastric problems. I really like the coffee flavoured one, and am experimenting with other flavours that can be added to the vanilla one. I also tried the newly launched Berry flavour, and that one is a disaster as I cannot stand the taste. But overall I think its a good product that seems to do exactly what it claims. Far better eating than than a random snack of biscuits and crisps which is all that seems to be available at work. It's also quick to prepare, which is an added bonus.

Superb. I still use it now and then is great for quick fixes. I used to throw frozen banana in or strawberries. Was a big fan of the coffee too.
