Morning all got on scales and I’ve gone down a little again great for me not going to get to carried away I was doing WW years ago and would loose then put on so only going to weigh weekly from now wish me luck hope everyone is doing ok 👍🏻

I have started measuring my fat lose, using the 'Body Fat Calculator' App. You may not show any weight loss on the scale, however there's movement this App. Why don't you give it a try?
