Just had my Huel 'supper' - a mix of berry and vanilla Huel (the berry was a bad decision, once that is finished I'm never touching it again). I have not been hungry all day, and have managed two longish walks. >10,000 steps today so that's two gold stars for me.

The heatwave has broken and its been a much more pleasant 20-21 degrees outside. And my bad knee has stopped hurting, which seems to confirm my suspicion that the heat was contributing to all the joint problems of the last few weeks. It's also the first time I've been able to do my daily walks since the joint pain started.

Overall a good day.
