Temperature over 30 degrees every day. Lots of pain in my knee this week. Feeling very uncomfortable and bloated. Have tried to stick to 2x Huel meals for breakfast and dinner (which fill me up), then College lunch with lots of vegetables. Very hard to judge the calories in College lunch, so hoping that I am eating sensibly. Really need to drop weight now due to joint pain.
106 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
