Bubblegum! They are larger than a regular diet bar, I most certainly did not want another one straight after. Murph, I usually have chocolate, so this is a great alternative for me. Fried foods and bread and such I can live without.

The new research, results of which were presented at ENDO 2018, the 100th annual meeting of the Endocrine Society in Chicago, looks at the effect that artificial sweeteners have on the cells that make up our fat stores The researchers in this latest study found that the artificial sweetener, sucralose, commonly found in diet foods and drinks, increases GLUT4 in these cells and promotes the accumulation of fat. These changes are associated with an increased risk of becoming obese.

This is lower calories because it is a wafer biscuit not because its been pumped full of sweeteners if that was the case it would be low in sugar which it's actually not, I'm not disregarding this may contain sweeteners I am saying it has not been solely substituted like for example Coke zero. Also has his theory been proven or just found? I believe sweeteners especially at high quantities can actually make you fat as yes it can promote the production of beta cells as a side effect so yes if you are going to live and breath off sweeteners then yes I agree with you... However I must point out again this is only a little wafer biscuit that has not lowered its calories through sweetener replacement its low cal as its a wafer so chill NOO6767 😂 let yazmine have her biscuit! 😅 If you check her progress you'll see she is an inspiration on fat secret and still continues to lose Not all doom & gloom 👍

NOO6767, there's no sucralose in it. And I think it would be difficult to avoid when you think of all the food we consume from restaurants and the like, that may have it. Megan, I'm certainly eating them lol
