I'm struggling. I'm on a blood sugar diet to try and reverse type 2 diabetes and its not easy at all. I feel miserable 😂😂😂

Got to keep at it. Beer i can deal with and burgers if done properly are still ok to eat just dont have the bun replace it with some rice and veg and that will do the trick. I ve tried using the big tomotos as a bun before but was very soggy.

Doing ok with the food because the bbqs are on but yes too tempting to sit and have drinks outside in this weather! I feel your pain.

I know exactly how you feel. it's taken booking a holiday for me to find my motivation again. You will find your groove again. Enjoy everything, but make smart choices. It's so difficult at this time of year!

oh yes, just be prepared , at half time I feast on frozen fruit with fat free natural yogurt "washed down with more ice cold sugar free red bull " , These warm nights & the world cup always ruins my my sleep patterns anyway so like everyone else I,m even hungover next morning
