Day two of a planned 11 day fast.

Waking fasted blood glucose reading: 98
This is way high for fasting. Normally I should be in the 70s. I had a massive dinner on Sunday and I was only able to walk 5k yesterday. What I need is a big intensive 5 mile run. Unfortunately my schedule will not permit it until tomorrow morning. Today will be the hardest. However, I am enjoying the calm feeling of "Nothing gets me that upset".
