@n1202 I also had lots of fruit! And water! It was actually very filling and the next meal is at like 2:30am where I have cereal and then fasting up until sunset - it's amazing but you don't even feel slightly hungry (well I don't!)

Ramadan? I'm fasting as well but I eat loads of watermelon first, then I eat my food an hour after. I constantly feel I'm depriving myself, I suppose it's just a mental thing.

@n1202 yes Ramadan - I eat fruit first then after prayer some food - it's not always as healthy as this pic lol - but I get full so easily which I'm happy about as it stops me from overeating. Then go to Taraweeh prayers to burn it all off lol I think it's just a mind thing and the further you get into the month you'll get used to it!

I'm OK with fasting, but I'm tired all the time! How are you dealing with reduced sleep?

@howardsends I generally take a nap when I come back from work to help with the tiredness - an hour usually does the trick!
