I have decided not to weigh myself until last day before my holidays which starts in the 24th not to get upset in case I gained or stayed the same. I am exercising a lot at the moment and my weight might not be stable for a while. I have taken your advice though and started to measure myself as well. so in the last two weeks I have lost 0.5 cm on my thighs, 2cm on my hips, 1.5cm on my waist, 3 cm across my chest, and 1.5 cm across my arms in total there is 8.5cm less of me!!! and I do feel leaner and my clothes fit much better so I am happy. the weight will go down eventually too!
