Rich Garlic & Cheese Omelette
A treat of a rich omelette to be cooked occasionally.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Mix together almond milk and whole eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan on a low-medium heat (the larger the better to give a thin well textured finish).
- Add the garlic to the oil and stir constantly for a few minutes until the lovely garlic aroma starts to fill the air.
- Remove the garlic from the oil and either discard, or keep for another use.
- Pour the egg mix into the frying pan and make sure it is evenly distributed. Allow to set on a low heat for a few minutes.
- Grate the cheese evenly over the omelette and place under the pre-heated grill until the omelette bubbles and the cheese starts to turn brown.
- With a spatula, gently roll the omelette and remove from the frying pan onto a serving plate.
