Mug Bread

Quick and easy low-carb breakfast recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.
  2. Melt the butter gently and allow it to cool a little. Add the beaten eggs and mix.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Divide the mixture into 2 mugs and microwave for 90 seconds.
  5. Serve by cutting each mug bread in half.
