Everything Stew

Delicious stew, perfect for cold evenings.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and roughly chop all the vegetables and then place them into a pot big enough for the recipe.
  2. Add the tomato soup, baked beans and beef to the uncooked vegetables and then pour in the gravy so everything is submerged.
  3. Cover the pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn the temperature to low. Note: leave the lid slightly ajar for the steam to escape.
  4. Leave the stew on to cook for at least 3 hours, checking and stirring every 30 minutes.
  5. When the vegetables and meat are soft that means it is ready to serve. Season as desired before serving.
  6. Enjoy!
