Banana and Raspberry Muffins

An outstanding flavour combination.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 200 degrees (fan oven).
  2. Mash bananas with a fork.
  3. Mix eggs with bananas and whisk.
  4. Grease muffin tins with coconut oil.
  5. Add frozen or fresh raspberries to the tins.
  6. Add mix to the tins by filling them half full.
  7. Cook for 15 mins on the middle rack.
