Directions
- Preheat oven 200 degrees (fan oven).
- Mash bananas with a fork.
- Mix eggs with bananas and whisk.
- Grease muffin tins with coconut oil.
- Add frozen or fresh raspberries to the tins.
- Add mix to the tins by filling them half full.
- Cook for 15 mins on the middle rack.
