- Braise the meat in olive oil, then remove it and set aside. Use the same olive oil to braise the vegetables a bit, then remove it and set aside.
- Add the spices and seasonings to the olive oil left in the pan, then add 1/3 of the water and stir until you can see that there are no more juices left stick to the pan.
- Add the vegetables and the meat, and let it cook in slow temperature for 2 hours, taste and add more salt if needed.
