Slow-Cooked Pork Roast
A delicious and tender crock pot pork roast.
Ingredients
Directions
- Place the pork tenderloin in a crock pot and pour the contents of the soup packet on top.
- Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top. Turn the pork to coat evenly.
- Spread the garlic over the top of the pork and sprinkle with pepper.
- Cover with lid and cook for 4 hours on low heat.
- Serve with the cooked liquid on the side.

I loved it. I cooked it in the crock pot, on low for a little more than 4 hours because I forgot. My family enjoyed it.

great tasting, but it took longer in my crock pot than 4hrs. I ended up putting it in the oven for about 30min
