Directions

  1. Slice the chicken into strips and chop the vegetables.
  2. Boil the chicken for 10 minutes together with seasoning and enough water to cover.
  3. Add the onions and potatoes. Cook until tender.
  4. Put the cilantro and boil for 5 more minutes.
