  1. Cook chicken on a grill like a George Foreman.
  2. Boil broccoli.
  3. Add shredded cheese.
  4. Mix all together.
  5. Optional to serve over brown rice.

I'm going to try this! Sounds great! As for the carb count, when you subtract the fiber from the carbs, it's only 8.11 carbs per serving. That's not bad at all :)

Drop the broccoli to 1 cup and you will reduce the carbs even further!
