Hi Phoebe first of all congratulations on the weight loss so far it is great. When you first start to diet and you have a lot to loose the loss always seems to be quite high and very easy to loose. As you go on the loss starts to get less on a weekly basis and should be one to two pounds a week which is great for keeping the weight off when you finally reach your target. Looking at some of your dinners I wonder if you are eating enough and that your body is not getting enough calories and going into starvation mode. This will then slow down your weight loss a lot. From memory a daily amount of calories for a woman is 1800 and to loose weight you need to eat 500 less and that is without doing exercise. So if you are doing a lot of that as well then is your calorie input sufficient enough to sustain your bodies requirements. Finally stomach fat loss is always the hardest in my opinion to loose and easiest to put on. Check out some good exercises for toning of your core muscles and eventually everything will fall into place. Good luck Paul.

Thank you! I always get so conscious about eating too many carbs, calories and fat so i really struggle with the food aspect and also I’m petrified about eating up to my calorie intake as I’ve seen the weight loss and want to keep it up. Struggling with weight all your life is tough and when you see the loss, it’s like I don’t want to change what I’m doing 😞
