Lost just over 1kg in 13 days! I’m quite surprised that it’s so much as I had a bad weekend on Saturday & cheated on a dominos & it’s also my first time dieting! Let’s hope the progress continues!
75.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
