I have shown a gain of 1.lb I am staying on
my diet so don't know what's happening
70.5 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The less you weigh the less calories you need. So maybe you need to lower your intake, maybe exercise a little more. Or to boost your metabolism, zig zagging your calories might be something to look into.
