Well this is what happens when you dont track on vacation. I just got back from a trip to Florida visiting my daughter and family. I did not eat any off plan foods BUT I did not track my food intake. Now I have 3 extra pounds I have to lose again.

I wish I had a smart phone maeday42! I do everything on my computer which could have been done on trip! I think I was just kidding myself that I would be able to do it now since it has been 11 months following this way of eating. I am an addict, addicted to food, so there will never be an easy way for me. I need to just keep myself accountable!!!!
