WOW...another new low! I was stuck in the 160's for so long, it looks weird to see the 150's. I'm not sure it'll stick though because I did go over 20 carbs yesterday. We shall see.

Isn't that "turn of the decade" a wonderful feeling? Don't be too discouraged if you temporarily bounce up a bit again. I find that when I "change decades," it sometimes takes several weeks before I am firmly below the previous mark. Nonetheless, congratulations!

Even if it's a tease...it is such a great motivator...your extra carbs might have been just the right catalyst...it happens to me occasionally after being strict for a long time. But whatever, whoopee!!!

You can do this!! You can stay in the 150's and go lower if you want. Just keep doing what got you to the 150's!
