Well I wanted to be happy with my weight on my birthday and I am.
Enjoy the weekend wherever you spend it.

69.9 kg Lost so far: 48.1 kg. Still to go: 6.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week
