Well, I seem to just be maintaining at this weight. Getting tired of the "idiot box" staying at 224. Not sure what to change up.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 42.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thank you!! I do get discouraged but then I look back at what I have accomplished and I know I cant go back to the old ways!!!
