Well, we bought a new scale yesterday and this one weighs me 4 lbs. up from yesterdays weight. I hate that it varied that much but decided I just have to go with it and lose the 4 lbs again. Apparently the old one was wacko.
108.4 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My scale is pretty old, and I have thought about getting a fancier one, but I think this is probably what will happen! But you know you are still the same and have lost the same amount of weight in reality.

Thank you. I am trying to look at the bigger picture and realize this is a lifelong commitment so there is no magic number.
