Ok.. a week to go before I return to work .

Spent the weekend going thru recipes , meal planning and shopping for my WOE

Physio is going well, review appt tomorrow

Fitted into some of my size 14 trousers and bought new smart but comfy size 16 skirt and trousers for my swollen back

Tried low carb waffles from the recipe book.. not too bad

Logging everything, plenty of water and low carbs .. here I go 😁😁

Sorry I missed this yesterday but look at you! Upbeat and everything 👍🏻 Great news on the work clothes and I think you've made the right decision about buying size 16, tempting as the 14s would have been, I guess. Comfort is a whole lot more important than the number on the label. If you're comfy in the clothes, you'll feel more comfy in yourself and more likely to be nice to yourself with the right foods.
