I hate how my weight keeps going up and down!! I stick to the 20 carbs and around 70g of fat and over 100g of protein everyday. Kind of discouraged but keep reminding myself I have lost 73 lbs so far in just 5 1/2 months!
109.3 kg Lost so far: 34.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
