ARB0001's Journal, 16 Jan 17

No change since the last weight recorded but just because I'm on a challenge I'll log another confirmation of the weight today.

Turns out it was not worth the upset about the bra back a week ago, either because the bra stretches or I shrink it really doesn't seem to be glaringly excessive anymore. I'm thinking it is a bit of both as I am now also much more comfortably size 12 waist too.

Although I am not nearly at the numbers I expect to reach, as far as I am concerned I've already won and I'm on the victory lap - because I don't think I was ever fighting the scales, or even food, - it was my behaviours in not giving myself enough priority and in feeling over-whelmed or unready - that was the real difference between who I used to be and who I became for a while.

The scales and the shape is just a side-product of attitude.

You got it completely. But I like your numbers. Attitude is a funny thing, it's comes with the experiences we get through living through our stresses and anxieties in life. It comes with confidence about knowing who we are. I'm impressed with you ARB. X I'm meeting my friend today and she is simply gorgeous ..weighs 150lb,.but I hasten to add she is 4 inches shorter. I suppose it's how we see things ...not about numbers. But I love numbers big time as they have given me a great career. You don't call me Mrs Maths for nothing X😵💯💯💯 Have a great day. Cos there is 24 good hours to be enjoyed ⭐

What a steady downward line you have on your weight history chart. That in itself is evidence that you've got the mental and behavioural sides cracked. Fantastic!
