Hopefully I can stick to this routine and continue to go in the right direction

Seeing my pain consultant on Monday and want to be less than 178 by then
81.2 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks doobrie.. wouldn't be making such progress without your help my WOE ( now I know what that is) is the blood sugar diet.. low carbs and 800 Cals per day for 8 weeks to get did of my belly fat and get my blood sugars under control... So with cals do low its important to be as accurate as I can , which you've really helped me to do. Thank u and have a good day xx
