Oh dear.. had a very stressful phone call and ate some quiche while I was on the phone ( already had some pear but that didn't touch the sides and definitely didn't hit the spot ) At least I weighed it and had a small portion. Previously I would probably have finished it off, then bought a new one to put back in the fridge for my daughters! I suppose I've spent 45 years eating when I'm stressed, so it's gonna take a while to learn less greedy habits.. logging it definitely helps 😔
