Happy New Year, my FS buddies!
It's not too bad of a bump up, considering the carbage I've been eating for the last week. I didn't go overboard, and still kept away from sugar, mostly. But pizza and tempura did creep in... Yep, it was worth it, to indulge in things I've been missing. Who'd have thought a PB&J sammich and a glass of milk could be such bliss? LOL! HOWEVER...
-joint pain has returned
-sleep patterns have gotten disrupted
-brain fog!
-motivation to do ANYthing has gone out the window
I did it mindfully, and now am ready to get back on the program. I'm going back on strict Keto for at least the next couple of weeks. Under 20g of carbs a day, and adding back BPC. I started yesterday, but haven't really noticed any changes. I have to tell you, though..Atkins frozen pizza SUCKS! Horrid little cardboard crust with a chemical shitstorm on top. 11g net carbs. YUCK. So it's back to real, whole foods, prepared simply.
We're in this together, friends. I miss you when you're gone, or when I'm gone. I root for you, and feel supported when you root for me. Let's make this year the best we can.

I'm right there with ya Kes (I gained a heck of a lot more than 2.8 in the last 2 weeks tho). I'm back to basics and my coconut oil coffee as of yesterday. I was thinking how even tho I go off the rails sometimes, it is good to know exactly what I need to do to get back on track!

I'm doing a <20g carbs trial from today, Kes. All freshly cooked food, though. I've avoided pre-processed foods virtually all my life so I'm not going to start now ... especially if they're as rubbish as that pizza sounds. Take care!
