Just dropped in for a quick update on the $17 chicken...LOL It's definitely not a bird for grilling! I grilled a leg and thigh last night, and it was tough, stringy, and not much flavor. I guess those free-range birds are best in the stew pot. Oh, well, live and learn.
I'm taking a break from the plan until New Year's day. No regrets.
