I used to have that issue with stuff like popcorn, crisps, and pasta...sometimes it's good to leave them out for awhile, if they're giving you a hard time. A little chocolate isn't so bad, but when 100g of it is over 500 cals usually, it's SO easy to overdo it! If you have a food scale, it can be a real eye-opener with those calorie dense foods. Stay strong!
