Oh well, it had to happen eventually.
- I've had a few very small treats over the week
- I've had a bit more salt here and there
- I've done a bit of late night grazing (but at least just on healthy foods - no unhealthy late night eating so not too guilty there)

I think the detail that made the most difference is the eating extra snacks late at night, but I'm not even going to say that I won't keep doing it - I know I shouldn't but if that is what I'm doing right now then ok I guess

I'm thinking (at this stage anyway) that I don't want to enforce myself to tow the line, I'm hoping that it will just happen that I slip back into doing it (eating correctly) without too much struggle - and I'm not ready to test out whether I'll struggle - a bit more slack maybe.

I might have been doing some worry eating - if so it was at a brilliantly low level - yep, whatever it was, hopefully it won't continue for too long as I do have some goals which are still in easy reach.

So I guess it isn't this week or even next week that matters - but what will the week beyond that be?

You've done brilliantly so far. Don't be hard on yourself. We all have days when its seems harder. Me ... today ... not easy. I was testing myself with my baking session. Take care. I'm impressed with your overall weight loss.
