Up a little bit this week. Who knows why? Food the same, exercise the same...maybe a little more stress at work. I haven't been taking my supplements as faithfully as I should. And I have some kind of upper respiratory ick going on. It is what it is. On the upside, there's another .5" off my waist, and .25" off my hips.
I was supposed to go to a party this afternoon, but I think I'll stay home and sleep. I need the rest after the busy work week!

It sure could be from you not feeling well and needing rest. Who knows. Our bodies do funny things to us sometimes. You are always an encouraging person with ups and downs, just remember, this is not the norm and you are doing great!! Hey, to heck with the scale, you lost on you waist and hips. that is the proof right there. :)

When I had the sore throat, runny nose cough ick...my daughter told me to drink ACV in water...cleared it right up! Hope you feel better soon!
