It always becomes a struggle once my weight gets this low. I am always hungry, crave sugar, and will eat anything that crosses my path. This is always my failing point. Does any one have any tips or suggestions that could help me to get one pound down from here?

Thank you for that ghostwritor. What you say is so correct, I hadn't thought about diabetes, but that is what I am heading for if I dont think about what I am doing. So thanks for the motivational speech, I will try to keep it in mind. And as for the cute picture of me with a brownie. I use that as it reminds me of how ill I was when having radiotherapy after my cancer ops. Not cute at all, just a reminder of how ill I was. I just happen to be eating at the time. So I guess I should stick this picture on my fridge to remind me how ill I could get again. Thanks again, and please keep sending motivational speeches xxx

The question I would ask is - are you eating enough of the right things? You shouldn't have to be hungry all the time. I can't see what you're eating, as you don't log it here, but maybe you should check your protein intake? Protein makes a meal satisfying, and veg and salads make you feel full without adding lots of calories. Don't cave in to the sweet cravings, but eat something sensible instead. The cravings will eventually stop.
