Maybe I exhaled some fat on the long hot walk yesterday! I got back on the scale 3 times. I even had grilled cheese with low carb bread! And chocolate! And a hot dog on a low carb bun with sauerkraut yesterday! Yeah, I think the IF helped my brain accept being hungry late at night.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Low carb bread company has low carb rye bread to die for. It has to be kept frozen but a few seconds in the microwave and its like fresh bread! (But it ain't cheap)

Sometimes with IF I've been hungry when I went to bed and thought I might have trouble getting to sleep but as it turns out I seem to get to sleep just fine and sleep better. Have you noticed that? Seems like IF is agreeing with you, FA!

@trackin, yes! I slept great during the IF but thankfully I sleep well anyway. No sugar and over 50% fat seems to be they key for me. Thanks again everyone!
