Yesterday, I was busy on the move, attended a meeting, then concert later. Ate too well but thankfully the weight went down. So tomorrow might be a challenge.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
