Up by 300g. I was not a good girl yesterday, had 3 drinks and ate out (including chips) with my husband. I will eat mainly vegetables today! I am hoping to break the 65kg barrier in 2-3 weeks time. So, that will be in June? Slowly slowly catchy monkey! Definitely I am feeling positive.
66.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thanks Janinebarn. Yes I might need a day off, people call it a 'cheat day'. I have had a bit of chocolate just now to indulge myself!
