Second journal of the day. About a month on since I started this diet, my graph finally started to show a downward trend! Yay! So far only just over a kilo is what I have lost, but if I carry on this regime, I will one day reach 54 kilos! Surely it will be a long way to go but even if you want to travel 1000 miles, you need to progress little by little. Little by little and bit by bit.
At this pace, it will take a year to reach my target weight. But!! I will try and will have my life with 'new me' in the coming year onwards. There are a lot of clothing I cannot wear now as I grew so big.
I want to look younger a bit and stay attractive to my husband who is 2 years younger than me. :)
Thank you everyone who has supported me and gave me some advice and comments. You are very important diet buddy! In order to achieve a big goal, we all need buddies, don't we?
I think my half sister in law is getting married next year. It will be a good occasion to wear my favourite classy dress which is just hanging in my closet for ages.
