Six hours walking and dancing this week, plus watching intake closely. Calorie deficit over 4500. 2lbs lost, and into the 140s now 😀 I don't think that this will happen every week, however!
67.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
