Well I have not been on here for a few days, and normally I would be recording a weight gain. However I am pleased to say that this has not happened this weekend. I have discovered Covent Garden Soups in Sainsburys which have saved me some home made cooking and have kept me away from snacking and over-eating . . . mostly. I have to admit to giving in to about six Jaffa cakes and two hobnobs over the two days, but at least it wasn't the whole box or packet, so there is reason to be a little proud of myself.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
