I've been back on this app for 3 weeks I started at 16st 4lbs today I am 15st. I've been limiting calories carbs and fat as much as I can, I do between 30-40 mins on treadmill every night although I only count this towards steps and not exercise (maybe I should change that? what do u think?).
I'm still struggling with my mental health but still take my tablets along with vitamin d and 2 apple cider vinegar gummies daily x. I now have an 18 month old grandson with 2 more due within next 3 months
95.3 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
