Happy Thursday FSers! I seem to be stable with my weight now. Would like to lose a couple more kg to be safely below goal weight (for a buffer), but I’m happy with my current weight, so not feeling the incentive to be too strict with myself! It’s raining and horrible here so I fancy stew and dumplings for dinner. Definately NOT diet food! 🙄🙄
